Policies
Shipping
We currently ship within the US, Canada, and Mexico through USPS, UPS and DHL. Shipping rates are determined based on package size, weight, and final destination. All shipments include tracking and insurance up to $100. Tracking information is emailed to customers upon shipment.
Pickup
Sold items MUST be picked up within 14 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, please coordinate with us prior to purchase. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee. Items not picked up within 30 days of purchase will be considered abandoned property and may be relisted for sale. These items are non-refundable.
Missing or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. All packages are insured, and it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier if items are lost or stolen. We can not refund lost or damaged International orders.
Returns
All Reverie sales are FINAL and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We do our best to document the condition of each item — please closely review product photos and descriptions before purchasing.
Damaged Items
While we package all items carefully to ensure a safe delivery, accidents happen from time to time in transit. Please inspect your items carefully upon arrival. If you received an item that is damaged or defective, contact us with photos within 7 days, and we'll do our best to work with you on a resolution. If a package arrives damaged, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier for reimbursement. Because our inventory is one-of-a-kind, replacements are unavailable for damaged items.
Refunds
All Reverie sales are final and we do not issue refunds once the order has been fulfilled. If a purchase was made by mistake, contact us at helloshopreverie@gmail.com immediately and we will cancel the order. For items that arrive broken or damaged, we will issue refunds on a case-by-case basis.
