Shipping

We currently ship within the US, Canada, and Mexico through USPS, UPS and DHL. Shipping rates are determined based on package size, weight, and final destination. All shipments include tracking and insurance up to $100. Tracking information is emailed to customers upon shipment.

Our processing time before an order is shipped is usually 2 business days or less. Our shipping policy states that the shipping time frames presented at checkout are representative of transit time and do not account for the time it takes us to pack and ship out orders. Though a rare occurrence, additional shipping materials may be needed to safely pack unusually-sized or especially delicate items, resulting in a delay in shipment. 


Pickup

Sold items MUST be picked up within 14 days of purchase. If additional time is needed, please coordinate with us prior to purchase. Arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee. Items not picked up within 30 days of purchase will be considered abandoned property and may be relisted for sale. These items are non-refundable.


Missing or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. All packages are insured, and it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier if items are lost or stolen. We can not refund lost or damaged International orders.
